Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are determined to hire a “Robo-nanny” trained in taekwondo as soon as their child becomes a toddler, a new US report claims.
According to RadarOnline.com the royal couple, who are expecting their first child together in April, have asked Meghan’s mum Doria Ragland to initially help care for the child.
The publication reports that Doria, a yoga teacher, will travel from her home in America to help her daughter and Prince Harry care for the royal tot rather than a nanny.
According to the US report, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are hell-bent on raising their child without a nanny in the first year, as the former Suits actress wants to dive into the mummy duties herself.
However, it is alleged that the royal couple will be hiring a nanny from the infamous Norland College in Bath when the child becomes a toddler, RadarOnline.com reports.
According to the publication, all the undergraduates from Norland College are trained in martial arts including Taekwondo and undergo security courses on how to spot threats from attackers, as well as harsh-weather and evasive driving courses.
They are not the only royals to look for hired help from Norland College, Kate and William’s famously strict nanny Maria Borral is another graduate of the school.
