She wore her hair in a low ponytail.

She also sported a necklace by Australian designer Natalie Marie.

“We are absolutely thrilled that Meghan Markle has chosen to wear our Precious Initial necklace today, which was made especially for her with a letter M engraved on it,” Director, Daniel Fitch told New Idea.

And the Duchess’ look was certainly a hit with experts.

“Her smart casual look is very appropriate for where she’s going,” fashion expert Donny Galella told New Idea.

“Bonus points for the Akubra hat in her hands.

“I hope she does wear it.”

“For a more casual occasion you can never go wrong with the combination of a classic white shirt, a pair of jeans and a blazer,” Donny added.

Outland Denim began when founder James Bartle had an anti-trafficking group, and then travelled to Asia and saw first hand how human traffickers prey on vulnerable young girls in order to service the sex industry.

After learning that once a girl has been rescued and rehabilitated, sustainable career path is vital for securing her future, James created the “Denim Project”, which would enable those girls who demonstrated an interest in sewing to put their new skills to use.

Meghan and her husband Prince Harry landed in Australia on Monady for a 16-day tour.

Prince Harry dressed in a blue shirt.

The couple were due to greet local school children on Oct. 17 before heading to the Royal Flying Doctor’s Service hangar.

They were then due to meet a local family to hear first-hand the impact of Australia’s drought crisis.

As the royal couple arrived at Sydney airport jet base for their trip to Dubbo, they appeared to be clutching the Akubra hats they were gifted the day before.
