While stepping out for her first royal engagement of 2019, Meghan Markle’s bright ensemble certainly turned heads…for all the right reasons.
With her husband Prince Harry by her side, the couple visited Birkenhead, Merseyside, greeting and hugging fans. However, to everyone’s surprise, the royals decided to drop in at the local supermarket.
Although us commoners may go to the shops in our trackies and baggy tops, the Duchess of Sussex strolled the aisles in an ensemble totaling an eye-watering £3.8k (or $6700)
The former Suits actress wore a red Sentaler’s wide collar wrap coat ($1939) over a chic purple Maxwell frock by Aritzia, red suede heels by Stuart Weitzman ($706) and a leather bowling bag by Gabriela Hearst ($3486)
The Duchess also wore a stunning gold plated bracelet from up-and-coming British designer Sophie McKay, which costs a cool $430.
We’re calling it: Meghan’s royal maternity closet is perfection.
