Despite being photographed from all angles, at any given time, Meghan Markle always looks flawless.
While the former actress has no doubt picked up some tricks of the trade while working in the industry, it’s actually her father Thomas Markle she has to thank.
The former lighting director is said to have taught his daughter some sneaky tricks for nailing every shot when she was youngster.
While the father and daughter are currently not speaking, they were much closer growing up.
Meghan previously told Elle magazine in 2016, ‘He taught me to write thank you notes, to always arrive early, to drink Arnold Palmers [a non-alcoholic cocktail of lemonade and iced tea], to find my light when I’m on camera…and beyond.’
Despite this, Meghan and her father have not spoken since shortly after her May 19 wedding to Prince Harry.
According to reports, the duchess refuses to speak to her 74-year-old father until he ‘makes contact in a respectful manner.’
The former lighting director has a history of leaking private conversations to the press.
Since then, Meghan’s refusal to talk to her father has only led him to undertake several more media interviews – slamming the royal family and it’s practices, comparing the family to a ‘cult.’
