Kensington Palace releases new portrait of Prince George on his 5th birthday

Kensington Palace has released a new portrait of Prince George on the eve of his 5th birthday.

Wearing a crisp, white collared shirt with blue piping, the cheeky young royal beams for the camera in a picture taken by photographer Matt Porteous.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share a new photograph of Prince George to mark his fifth birthday – thank you everyone for your lovely messages,” read the sweet message, followed by a balloon emoji.
