The sweet two-bedroom cottage in Norfolk called ’20 Cherry Tree’ has been listed for $1200 a month.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge Anmer Hall home is a 10 bedroom mansion that sits on the Queen’s Sandringham Estate, which was a wedding gift from Her Majesty, and is just a few miles away from 20 Cherry Tree.

Although the couple now live full-time at Kensington Palace with their three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – they still retreat to their country home a few times a year to escape the hustle and bustle of London.
William and Kate have had an abundance of royal neighbours, with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank both living on the palace grounds, so we think a commoner neighbour might be a nice change of pace for the royal couple!
