WATCH! The Queen ‘sends notes’ to Kate for THIS obscure reason!

According to the Mirror, awards under the Royal Victorian Order are made personally by the Queen, and they are indicative of the level of service one has given the Crown.

Kate’s mother-in-law, the Duchess of Cornwall, also received the RVO in the Queen’s 2012 Diamond Jubilee year.
