Kate Middleton and Prince William have announced the name of their third royal baby, with Kensington Palace confirming the news.
Kensington Palace released a statement, it reads: ‘The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to announce that they have named their son Louis Arthur Charles. The baby will be known as His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge.’


Kate and William’s third child was born on April 23, at 11am.
‘Her Royal Highness The Duchess of Cambridge was safely delivered of a son at 1101hrs,’ read a statement from the royal family.
‘The baby weighs 8lbs 7oz.
‘The Duke of Cambridge was present for the birth.
‘Her Royal Highness and her child are both doing well.’
The new royal bubs older brother, Prince George, and older sister Princess Charlotte, arrived shortly after to meet the new family member.
Charlotte stole the show with her adorable wave, while George remained close to his father’s side.
