Zara Tindall has revealed that ‘she wouldn’t have a leg to stand on’ if her daughters decided to come home with a tattoo.
The Queen’s granddaughter – who was not given an official royal title by mother Princess Anne – says that the fact that she got a tongue piercing makes it hard for her to preach against her daughters Mia, five, and Lena, 14 months getting tattoos.

She told Saga magazine: “I wouldn’t have a leg to stand on if they did though.”
Zara also went on to reveal that husband Mike Tindall “absolutely hasn’t got a tattoo”.
“I’d also rather one of my daughters came home with a piercing than a tattoo because at least a stud can be removed.”
Earlier this month, little Lena was photographed taking her first steps in public.
The family had a ball as they hit the Festival of British Eventing at Gatcombe Park, Gloucestershire, on Friday.
The little bub was seen bouncing around a jumping castle under her mother’s watchful eye. They were also joined by Lena’s big sister Mia. Dad Mike was noticeably absent.
