The duchess admitted that she’s used Botox in the past but decided to mix it up for a more natural look.

“I really don’t like the frozen look. I’m so animated, and I like to be myself.”

The mother of two also explained she needed “to repair the damage that was done on the beach when I was a child” so underwent vitamin injections to help freshen up her skin.

“It’s why I had the mesotherapy, the vitamin cocktail to hydrate and boost the skin.

Before I had it done, I thought, ‘Oh, this is going to be painful,’ but it wasn’t bad. My skin responded well. I think if you look at photos of me after I had it done, I lookmmuch better,” she added.

Fergie also confessed she had some work done on her feet so she can once again walk in high heels, which included shaving the bones on her feet and implanting stem cells.

For her birthday last week, her ex-husband Prince Andrew, who is currently embroiled in a sex scandal, threw Sarah a 60th birthday party at the Royal Lodge.

Sources told Express that the Duke of York hosted 100 guests in a lavish party at his house in Windsor – many of whom also attended Princess Eugenie’s wedding to husband Jack Brooksbank in October last year.

The star-studded guest list included singers Robbie Williams and Ellie Goulding, as well as Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes.

Naturally, Prince Andrew and Fergie’s daughters Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie were also in attendance, along with Jack Brooksbank and Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi (Beatrice’s fiance).
