Camilla Parker-Bowles’s secret dislike for Kate Middleton’s parents has reportedly taken a nasty twist, according to American magazine Globe.
It’s been reported that Prince Charles’ wife has decreed that commoners Michael and Carole Middleton use the servants’ entrance when they visit.
“She says it’s ‘fitting and proper’ they use that entrance like rest of the merchants that come crawling to the palace,” a royal source tells Globe, adding that Camilla thinks the Middletons “have been putting on airs just like their daughter and need to be put in their place”.
Adding insult to injury, the publication reports that Camilla – who can’t wait until her husband accedes the throne when the Queen dies – has forced Kate, 35, to curtsey whenever they meet.
