But Roxy remains extremely open about her belief in changing things.
She admitted there's 'nothing wrong' with having procedures done to 'fix' your face at the Sydney Trials And Tribulations seminar.
"If you're not happy with something about yourself, what's wrong with changing it?" she candidly admitted.
"I like to be real. There's nothing worse than when you read articles about people refuting claims that they've fixed this or fixed that," she added.
Roxy has also admitted to having Botox and fillers.
"Yes, I still have my lips done. But I've just learnt less is more!" she admitted to Daily Mail.
She has also spoken openly about her nose job telling WHO:
"I was over the droopy end and bump on the top of my nose, so it made sense to get it tweaked.
"My nose is already looking one hundred times better and being able to breathe [properly] is a luxury."
