According to the Loudoun County Sheriffs Office, Rose turned herself in and was arrested and booked before being released on bond.
A spokesperson for the department revealed: 'Ms. McGowan appeared in Loudoun County, Virginia, on November 14, 2017, to accept service of the Airports Authority Police arrest warrant, and she was released on a $5,000 unsecured bond.'
The warrant was first issued on February 1 according to the Associated Press after police opened an investigation due to allegedly discovering narcotics in forgotten personal belongings on a United flight set for Washington in early January.
Rose responded to the arrest warrant on social media in October, claiming it was part of a conspiracy against her claims that Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein sexually assaulted her.
The star tweeted: 'Are they trying to silence me? There is a warrant out for my arrest in Virginia. What a load of HORSES—'.
