The Aussie star says she works out daily eats a strict Rachael Finch-inspired diet, but still allows herself the odd ‘cheat meal’.

Sam’s exercise routine consists of a mix of circuit-style training including sit-ups, squats and push-ups – as well boxing and spinning.
As for her diet, Sam keeps it simple. Breakfast is usually a berry smoothie with protein and a coffee, while lunch is roasted vegetables and an egg and dinner consists of grilled chicken or fish with vegetables and rice.
