Make the most of leftovers by replacing the pork with sliced roast turkey, chicken or ham.
Ingredients
Method
1.
Place bread rolls on an oven tray.
2 Heat in a moderate oven (180C) for about 10 minutes, or until warm. Remove. Cut lengthways down the centre, about three-quarters of the way through the roll.
3 Meanwhile, combine pork and sauce in a bowl.
4 Combine coleslaw, apple, parsley and dressing in a separate bowl.
5 To serve, divide pork evenly among warm rolls. Top with coleslaw mixture.
