Tamara Joy of Married At First Sight fame has had a nose job to change its shape and reduce its size.
No stranger to cosmetic procedures, as well as the rhinoplasty surgery the 30-year-old previously had a breast enlargement as well as dermal fillers and botox.

The Daily Mail Australia snapped Tamara with bandages on her nose at Indigo cafe in Double Bay on Thursday with her MAFS co-star Melissa Lucarelli following the procedure with plastic surgeon Dr Michael Zacharia.
Dr Zacharia has previously provided nose jobs for reality stars like Megan Marx and Keira Maguire.
In March, Tamara admitted to Yahoo!: “I have had some cosmetic surgery. I’ve had my breasts [done] and I’ve got lip filler.”
“People do it for all different reasons and I guess mine was just more so… I had a bit of a booty and I really wanted to balance that out, that’s why I did it,” she reveals.
“If it makes you feel better about yourself, why not?”
Tamara was left high and dry on the Channel 9 reality hit when her “husband” Dan Webb took up with her fellow co-star Jessika Power.
Last month she clarified that she was not dating Rhyce Power, Jessika’s brother.
“Okay, It’s time for me to clear this up, nothing happened,” the 30-year-old spilled.
“Rhyce and I are friends. We have always been friends and we still are friends.”
