Perched in the backseat of a black cab was a wax figure of a statue of the queen, which shocked onlookers as the taxi made its way down the street past the Lindo Wing at St. Mary's hospital.
Although no-one came forth to take credit for the bizarre stunt, people have taken to Twitter to praise the prankster for the eccentric hoax.
