The Crown Princess was photographed at a charity event for the Mary Foundation on February 4, two days after paying her respects at the funeral of a young Danish count who died tragically in a skiing accident last month.
Mary's husband Prince Frederik also attended.
Count Frederik Christian Adam Moltke passed away on holiday in Japan on January 23.
The 27-year-old aristocrat was travelling with family and friends before the fatal incident.
Mary, 47, looked sedately chic in a high neck maroon jumper with a blush-toned pleated blouse underneath.
The mother-of-four wore a matching shade on her nails and accessorised with a pair of amethyst drop earrings and two oversized rings.
The outing was the first of two official engagement in two days for the Australian-born royal, who presented an award for the Danish Cancer Society in honour of World Cancer Day on February 5.
