Speaking on UK’s This Morning show, etiquette expert William Hanson claimed that the pair would likely recycle one of their old outfits.
‘We learnt something yesterday that neither of us had heard before that Catherine and Meghan will wear something they've worn before so as not to upstage the bride?’ He said.
'All Catherine and Meghan have to do is get out of bed in the morning and already we're talking about what they're wearing,’ he added.
William also said that the ladies would probably wear something that doesn’t upstage the bride.
'This isn't their day, Meghan had her day earlier this year, Catherine had her wedding day in 2011.
'They will probably wear something that we've seen before, not something that blends in but something that doesn't stand out.'
Evidence of Kate not upstaging Meghan at her wedding was evident when she turned up in an old Alexander McQueen dress that she has worn on various occasions before.
Meanwhile royal fans are eager to ascertain what Princess Eugenie is wearing for her big day. She has confirmed that she will be wearing a British designer and bookies have the odds at it being royal favourite Erdem slashed.
