"The Royal Peculiar’s association with the monarchy dates back 600 years and has most recently served as the setting for the weddings of Her Royal Highness’s sister, Princess Eugenie, and cousin, The Duke of Cambridge."
A royal insider told Fabulous Digital Magazine that Princess Beatrice and Edoardo intend to announce their engagement upon returning to the Royal Lodge in Windsor, as she allegedly wants to marry Edward "as soon as possible."
"After the extended Balmoral stay, it is anticipated that Beatrice will announce her engagement to Edo when back at home in Royal Lodge in Windsor," revealed the source.
"Princess Beatrice is head over heels in love and wants to marry as soon as possible and start a family."
According to the insider, the York camp, namely Sarah Ferguson, Princess Beatrice and Jack Brooksbank, are looking forward to welcoming Edoardo into their family.
"Eugenie and Jack are delighted that Beatrice has found a caring man, despite his relationship pitfalls," said the insider, in reference to his breakup with ex-partner Dara Huang.
The 31-year-old princess introduced the son of Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi to Prince Andrew and Fergie soon after their romance blossomed.
"Fergie is hardly able to contain her motherly delight at another York wedding in Windsor," said the source.
The Duke and Duchess of York appear to approve of the couple, often joining them at public events.
The couple is as official as can be, with Edoardo accompanying the royal to her sister Eugenie's wedding last October, as well as Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston's wedding in May.
Princess Eugenie and her new husband, Jack Brooksbank went on a double date with the couple last month in Notting Hill.
