"There's been plenty of interest in this over the last few days and with the two seemingly smitten, we're banking on an announcement being made before the year is out – so strap yourself in for a 2020 royal wedding!" said Alex Apati from Ladbrokes.
Princess Beatrice has been dating the 34-year-old since October last year, making their first public appearance at the National Portrait Gallery gala, along with Princess Kate and David andVictoria Beckham.
The two have been friends for years, with Beatrice attending the funeral of Edoardo's stepfather, Christopher Shale in 2011.

The 30-year-old princess introduced the son of Count Alessandro Mapelli Mozzi to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson soon after their romance blossomed.
The Duke and Duchess of York appear to approve of the couple, often joining them at public events.
The couple is as official as can be, with Edoardo accompanying the royal to her sister Eugenie's wedding last October, as well as Lady Gabriella Windsor and Thomas Kingston's wedding in May.
Princess Eugenie and her new husband, Jack Brooksbank went on a double date with the couple last month in Notting Hill.
