“Princess Beatrice and Edoardo may be getting married so quickly because they genuinely want to and due to their healthy financial status they can have the wedding they dream of without the need to take time to save for their big day," Jennifer told express.co.uk.
“The average time it takes couples to plan a wedding is 18 months and often a main reason for this is to give the couple an eight-month lead time to budget and save for the wedding.
“Beatrice and Edoardo are clearly not procrastinators, they are go-getters, they want something and they go for it, which is a great trait to have and to live by," she added.
With no financial restraints, the couple have no need to wait to marry - and 12 months could be long enough to know that you've met "the one".
“Just because they are planning a whirlwind wedding doesn’t mean their marriage will not last the test of time, they have already known each other for a substantial period, some of the longest marriages have stemmed from long-standing friendships!” she told the publication.
“Love isn’t perfect, it doesn’t have rules," Jennifer added.
Princess Beatrice and Edo got engaged during a trip to Positano, on the Italian Amalfi Coast.
While sharing their happy news, the pair said: “We are extremely happy to be able to share the news of our recent engagement.
“We are both so excited to be embarking on this life adventure together and can’t wait to be married.
“We share so many similar interests and values and we know this will stand us in great stead for the years ahead, full of love and happiness.”
They are expected to marry in the northern hemisphere spring, 2020.
