On Friday, Queen Elizabeth II's husband became the third oldest British royal in the monarchy's history!
Phillip trails behind Princess Alice, Duchess of Gloucester, who passed away at 102, and Queen Elizabeth, who lived until she was 101.
This also makes him the oldest male in British royal history. According to Metro, he achieved this honour in 2013.
Back in May 2017, Phillip announced his retirement from public life, with the support of his wife, The Queen.
A statement at the time read, "His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh has decided that he will no longer carry out public engagements from the autumn of this year. In taking this decision, The Duke has the full support of The Queen."
