Emma Fairweather also called for Phillip to be prosecuted.
But in a shocking development, it's been reported that Ms Fairweather has allegedly been charged with two counts of failing to name a driver when asked by police.
According to The Sun, "Ms Fairweather allegedly didn’t name who was driving a VW golf in incidents on October 3 and 21" and faces a loss of drivers licence.
At the time of the crash, which saw The Duke of Edinburgh flip his Range Rover, hitting Ms Fairweather in an oncoming vehicle and resulting in her breaking her wrist, she told reporters, “It’s been a traumatic and painful time. I expected more of the Royal Family.”
