Kensington Palace shared a photograph of the invitations on Twitter, writing: 'The invitations follow many years of Royal tradition and have been made by @BarnardWestwood. They feature the Three-Feathered Badge of the Prince of Wales printed in gold ink.'
The royal wedding will take place on May 19 at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle.
Kensington Palace confirmed that after the ceremony, Prince Harry and his bride will complete an open carriage ride through the surrounding streets, which they encourage the public to attend.
'Prince Harry and Ms Meghan Markle are hugely grateful for the many good wishes they have received since announcing their engagement,’' Kensington Palace has said. 'They are very much looking forward to the day and to being able to share their celebrations with the public.'
They’ve also confirmed that a reception for up to 800 guests will take place at St George’s Hall within Windsor Castle. Apparently, invitations are yet to go out, but rumour has it Sir Elton John will be in attendance, as will the cast of Suits, Barack and Michelle Obama, the Beckhams, Rihanna, Priyanka Chopra and more.
