Meghan Markle has been open about her love for meditation in the past, and now Prince Harry has revealed the calming practice has also become apart of his morning routine.
The Duchess of Sussex has previously disuccessed in the life-changing effects meditation has had on her life, so it should come as no surprise that her husband has decided to take up the practice as well.
According to royal reporter Rebecca English, Prince Harry told Kelsang Sonam, a 69-year-old Buddhist monk, that he meditated every single day.
The royal reporter also alleges that in response to Harry's new found love of meditation, the monk gifted the royal with a book titled “8 Steps to Happiness”.
Meghan Markle spoke about her love for meditation on her now deactivated blog The Tig, praising the practice for bringing her "more success, more fulfillment, more happiness, less worry."
The Duchess wrote on the blog, "I can’t put my finger on the why or the how, but I will tell you this much, for me, I am just happier. And meditation has much to do with that."
It looks like these royal parents-to-be are going to do there best to be zen when they welcome their little bub in April.
