But if you thought the royal parents-to-be will raise their kids in the lap of luxury, then you were sorely mistaken. According to the latest royal report, the Windsor family’s most down-to-earth couple are determined not to spoil their children and will instead insist their offspring live as close to a “normal life” as possible.
According to royal’s reporter Omid Scobie, the Duchess of Sussex intends to teach her and Harry’s children the value of work and will, "bring up children who know the values of normal things in life."
Scobie told Us Weekly, "Meghan will take her kids on a subway. They'll have chores, and jobs one day. They won't be spoiled."
We're hardly surprised that the Duchess will break the royal parenting mould. Meghan has shown herself to be endearingly grounded and has a refreshingly independent streak that has made her stand out amongst her royal peers at Kensington Palace.
The royal couple is expecting their bub in Autumn 2019.
