Just a short time a go, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex finally introduced their beautiful baby boy to the world - and it was everything we imagined it to be and more.
Standing inside St George’s Hall in Windsor Castle, Prince Harry and his glowing wife Meghan Markle, were beaming with pride as they posed for photos with their precious bundle of joy who was sleeping soundly in his fathers arms.
“He’s just been the dream so it’s been a special couple of days," a stunning Meghan declared.
“It’s magic, it’s pretty amazing. I have the two best guys in the world so I’m really happy.”
As her husband held their son, the former actress added: “He has the sweetest temperament, he’s really calm," to which Harry replied: “I don’t know who he gets that from.”
When asked who the baby, who is yet to be named, takes after, Meghan said: “We’re still trying to figure that out.”
Harry then added: “Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks. We’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really. But his looks are changing every single day, so who knows.”
Of the first few days of parenting, Harry said it's been an amazing experience.
“It’s only been two-and-a-half days, three days, but we’re just so thrilled to have our own little bundle of joy.”
The Prince went on to say the couple were looking forward to spending some “precious times with him as he slowly, slowly starts to grow up.”
Meghan and Harry welcomed their first child in the early hours of on Monday, May 6 2019. The little one weighed in at seven pounds, three ounces.
Harry was at his wife’s side during the birth on Monday and he later confessed he had only had a few hours’ sleep, suggesting Meghan had spent much of the night in labour.

"Mother and baby are doing incredibly well," he told awaiting media just hours after Meghan gave birth.
"It's the most amazing experience I could have ever possibly imagined. How any woman does what they do is beyond comprehension, but we're both absolutely thrilled."

Meanwhile, family members spoke about the joy of the new arrival with the Duke of Cambridge saying on Tuesday he was “obviously thrilled, absolutely thrilled, and obviously looking forward to seeing them in the next few days when things have quietened down”.
He added: “I’m very pleased and glad to welcome my own brother into the sleep deprivation society that is parenting.”
The new baby boy is now seventh in line to the throne, bumping Prince Andrew, the second son of the Queen, into eighth place.
