Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just got a dog
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have added a brand new addition to their family - a puppy!
PEOPLE confirms the couple got a dog, believed to be a Labrador, and the new arrival has been joining them at their country getaway in the Cotswolds area and Nottingham Cottage at Kensington Palace in London.
Meghan has never been shy of sharing her love of dogs, who had to leave one of her pets, Bogart, behind when she moved to London last year. However, the former actress did bring her other rescue dog, a Beagle named Guy, to London with her.
'The dog is already happily ensconced at their cottage,' a source told the Daily Mail.
'Like the Sussexes, the dog will divide its time between the palace and their country home in the Cotswolds.'
Harry and Meghan are following in the footsteps of Prince William and Kate Middleton, who got a Cocker Spaniel named Lupo shortly after their wedding.
