The photo taken on Thursday, February 14 and obtained by the Daily Mail, shows the 70-year-old future King sitting in the back seat of the vehicle as he left St Dunstan-in-the-West church in London.
The photo makes it appear as if the royal is not wearing the safety seatbelt, and according to the publication, Kensington Palace would not comment on the picture of Charles riding in the car.
Just two days after a serious car collision which saw the Duke of Edinburgh's car flipped to its side, Prince Philip was seen in a car without wearing his seatbelt.
