Carrie Bickmore is expecting her third baby – and on 2 September she took her burgeoning bump out to a footy match where she cheered on her son, Oliver, with enthusiasm.
The pregnant host of The Project – who is known for her enviable fashion on-screen - dressed in comfy black leggings and a puffa jacket for the happy family occasion.
She was joined by partner Chris Walker and their daughter, Evie, to watch 11-year-old Oliver’s team play in his Aussie Rules football grand final.
37-year-old Carrie clutched a hot drink in her hand as she watched Oliver – her son with late husband Greg Lange – play.
At one point the host could be seen jumping for joy as Oliver’s team scored a goal.
Unfortunately, his team lost by just one point.
Carrie revealed she was expecting a baby earlier this year in a touching Instagram video.
The clip featured the journalist telling her young daughter Evie, ‘there's a baby in mum's tummy!’
She then went on to discuss the exciting news with her afternoon radio co-host Tommy Little.
‘It’s funny, I’ve been wearing lots of jackets and jumpers,’ Carrie said of her bid to keep her pregnancy under wraps.
Now her bump is firmly on display though, Carrie has enjoyed a blissful babymoon from which she didn’t want to return!
‘Really gonna miss hanging with the fam 24/7 though. Something nice about the pace of summer holidays,’ Carrie wrote on Instagram following a break in July.
‘Last holiday as the 4 of us. Next one we’ll be outnumbered,’ she added.
Not long to go!
