Ingredients
4 long crusty bread rolls
350g sliced roast pork, chopped
2 tblsps smoky barbecue sauce
200g packet coleslaw
1 large red apple, cored, cut into matchsticks
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
1⁄4 cup bottled coleslaw salad dressing

Place bread rolls on an oven tray.
2 Heat in a moderate oven (180C) for about 10 minutes, or until warm. Remove. Cut lengthways down the centre, about three-quarters of the way through the roll.
3 Meanwhile, combine pork and sauce in a bowl.
4 Combine coleslaw, apple, parsley and dressing in a separate bowl.
5 To serve, divide pork evenly among warm rolls. Top with coleslaw mixture.
