Ingredients
1 onion, sliced
750g pork ribs
1 bottle of favourite beer
Salt and pepper
1 cup barbecue Sauce
Method

Slice onion and spread across a baking tray.

Place ribs bone side down on top of the onions and cover the lot with beer.

Season ribs with salt and pepper and then cover with foil.

Bake 180c for 3 hours

When cooked, discard foil and brush ribs liberally with barbecue sauce. Place under the grill on high for 10 minutes until browned. Serve immediately.
