The Grammy award-winning singer credits couples’ counselling for keeping her family together.
“Carey and I have been in couples’ counselling almost our entire 17 years that we’ve been together,” P!nk told Carson Daly on the Today Show.
"It’s the only reason we’re still together.”
Despite being very much in love, the couple endured a temporary but high profile split back in 2008, with the separation serving as inspiration for P!nk's wildly successful album Funhouse featuring tracks like So What, Please Don't Leave Me and Glitter in the Air.
The couple celebrated their 13th wedding anniversary earlier this year.
In a Q&A Instagram post last month, the Pennsylvania-born superstar opened up about expanding her family.
Responding to a question about children, P!nk replied: "Am I done with kids? I will never be done with kids! Carey is done with kids."
In February, the Raise Your Glass hitmaker was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
P!nk was joined by Carey, Jameson and her lookalike daughter Willow for the special event, and told onlookers the experience was "surreal."
"It has been a trip lately thinking back over the course of this career I’ve somehow managed to have. I signed my first record deal 23 years ago," Pink said in her speech at the time.
"I have achieved exactly what I wanted to achieve.”
Carey also took to social media to gush over his wife’s achievement at the time.
“Such a cool experience watching wifey get her star on Hollywood walk,” he wrote in an Instagram post.
“Proud of you baby.”
