There have been recent reports that Phoebe Burgess and her NRL star husband Sam Burgess have decided to separate just a few weeks after their second son Billy was born, but that won't stop Phoebe from maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Speaking to Beauticate the mother-of-two revealed her best tips for getting back in shape post-baby, and they are simpler than you might think.
"After two back surgeries and an extremely quick birth [the first time], I'm a Pilates-only devotee," she told website.
'However, I did lose most of my baby belly by walking the streets of Maroubra like a mad woman for hours with a baby with reflux strapped into the Baby Bjorn.'
The NRL star reportedly split from his journalist wife three weeks after the birth of their second child Billy Mark.
On Wednesday, January 2, Sam was pictured leaving his marital home with three large suitcases before Phoebe’s mother Sarah Hooke arrived.
A close friend of the couple told the Daily Telegraph that their relationship had been strained for a while.
"They tried to keep it together but it all went to s**t, that's the honest truth. It is pretty messy," the source claimed.
The split comes after Sam was cleared of any wrongdoing in the sexting scandal that happened in September when Phoebe was 28 weeks pregnant.
