She continued: "But I'd like to talk about the swaddling phase - that's within the newborns-are-hard-and-everything-is-new phase."
Phoebe confessed she'd initially struggled with swaddling her two children, Poppy and Billy, when they were newborns, describing her daughter as her "little Houdini".
"I could never figure out how the amazingly gifted and all-knowing midwives wrapped Poppy as well as my Friday night Burrito," she wrote.
"When I tried it took her all of 25 seconds to wriggle out."
"As soon as I worked out 'the technique' she slept peacefully and loved the feeling of being hugged and secure like she did in my belly for 9 months," she added.
Phoebe's parenting post comes as she and her husband Sam are in the middle of a messy break up.
Last month, Sam was issued with an AVO and banned from going within a kilometre of his estranged wife's country hideout after an alleged row with her father.
The altercation was alleged to have occurred when Sam was visiting his two children at the NSW southern highlands estate when he allegedly got into an argument with Phoebe's dad, Mitchell Hooke.
