Teen Mom OG couple were arrested together a week after giving their baby up for adoption, according to a new report.
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra were arrested in 2009 for marijuana possession seven days after their daughter Carly was born, RadarOnline reveals.
According to a Marine City Police Department’s report, the pair, who are now both 24, were spotted with two other people behind an old building.
‘I arrived on the scene, and observed one of the male subjects throw something on the ground,’ the responding officer wrote. ‘The subjects then began to walk away.’
‘All four subjects advised that they were smoking marijuana,’ the officer added. He found a cigarette butt, which tested positive for the drug.
Lowell spoke to an officer about giving birth.
‘She advised me that she had a baby two weeks ago,’ the officer said. It turned out, it was one week ago.
Both Lowell and Baltierra pled guilty, and were ordered to 20 days in jail. However, both had their sentences suspended indefinitely, paying a $200 fine.
