A shocking ‘jailhouse confession’ revealed what happened to missing US teen, seven years after she disappeared.
Taquan Brown, 25, told authorities Brittanee Drexel was killed and fed to alligators after she went missing during Spring break 2009.
Brown is serving a 25-year sentence for voluntary manslaughter in an unrelated case.
Drexel, 17, was last seen at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, in 2009.
FBI Agent Gerrick Munoz testified in a federal court transcript obtained by The Post and Courier.
According to the documents Brown claims to have been in the ‘stash house’ Drexel was being held in before she was killed.
Munoz said Brown told officials he saw Da’Shaun Taylor, then 16 years old, and several other men ‘sexually abusing Brittanee Drexel.’
Adding that Brown witnessed her final attempt at escape, before hearing two bullets fired.
Drexel’s body has never been found, but Munoz said ‘several witnesses’ have told investigators she was dumped in an unspecified McClellanville pond full of alligators.
