British mother Sophie Mei Lan has two children, five and two-year-old Arianna, and she breast feeds both of them every night.

Speaking to The Sun, Sophie Mei said: ‘I don’t think there is anything strange about feeding your children.’

‘Breast milk is nourishing, soothing and it’s free. I must have saved thousands of pounds over the years,’ she told the publication.

The 29-year-old admits she and her husband, Chris, don’t agree on her decision, with him claiming it tires her out.

Sophie does admit it makes her incredibly tired, but she can’t say ‘no.’

‘Whenever I try to get ready quickly, granted, Arianna will try to stop me in my tracks for urgent ‘Mama Milk,’ she revealed in an Instagram post.

Sophie claims that she will stop feeding when her children decide they don’t want to anymore, and although she says she doesn’t care about people judging her parenting choices, she does get a reaction when she feeds Jasmine in public.

‘People do stare. I feel a bit awkward,’ she said.
