Khloe Kardashian is reportedly pregnant with NBA beau Tristan Thompson, and now the star has stepped out debuting her baby bump!

The 33-year-old has gone to great lengths to hide her midsection in social media posts while staying quiet about the swirling rumours of her pregnancy.

But while filming Keeping Up With The Kardashians in NYC on Thursday the star could not hide her baby bump.
