The Family Feud audience is used to hearing some pretty bizarre and offbeat answers to the show’s trademark curly questions, but even host Grant Denyer cracked up this week over one contestant’s response.
When Melbourne contestant Georgina was asked to name an event in which animals compete, she didn’t think of horse riding events or greyhound racing. Instead she paused before blurting out, ‘Duck shooting’.
Taken aback by the confronting – but some would say, bleakly amusing, answer – Grant responded: ‘Imagine the ducks going “Yeah wait until we get our guns, then you’ll be in trouble!”‘
Well done Georgina for being such a good sport about the ensuing hilarity. It’s hard to come up with good answers when a camera is on you!
