The body of a boy who was dragged into a lake by an alligator at a popular Disney resort in Orlando has been found.
After a lengthy search using boats, a helicopter and divers, the body of the two-year-old identified as Lane Graves was recovered from the water.
Orlando sheriff Jerry Demings said the child’s body was found intact but he had drowned.
The boy was reportedly playing near the edge of the Seven Seas Lagoon near Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa with his family on Tuesday night before he was taken.
The family were holidaying in the area from Nebraska.

According to ABC News, Jeff Williamson, a spokesman for the sheriff’s office, said the boy’s father ‘did he best’ to save his son.
‘He tried to rescue the child, however, to no avail.’
A spokeswoman for Walt Disney World Resort told ABC News they were devastated.
‘Our thoughts are with the family and we are helping the family.’
