Bec had her first two children, Oscar and Billie, naturally however for her third pregnancy with twin boys Tom and Darcy, the 34-year-old had a C-section.

Bec, who’s husband is former AFL legend Chris Judd, opened up about this experience on KIIS FM radio show.

‘Mate, it’s horrific compared to having a natural delivery. It kills, it absolutely kills. The fact that you are awake in major abdominal surgery is mind boggling and freaky.’

Her two boys arrived six weeks early and the emergency procedure left her in a state of panic.

‘I remember I was lying there on the operating table and I started pretty much having a panic attack, my heart was going nutso – I felt like it was jumping out of my chest,’ Bec, who revealed she had a relatively pain-free birth with Oscar, recalls. ‘And I think, “am I going to die? What’s going on?” which actually was completely normal.’

Bec went on to urge mums in waiting not to have a C-section if the baby is a normal, natural position for birth.

Recently Bec gushed on social media about how much she loves Tom and Darcy.

‘To think I spent my entire pregnancy dreading having twins and it’s turned out to be the best thing that’s ever happened to me. I am the luckiest mum in the world. Happy 6 months boys.’
