Little Lucy Perkins doesn’t know it yet but her birth is pretty special.
The little girl was born on Tuesday evening – August 16th – a birthday she now shares with her parents Caitlin and Tom who were both born on August 16, 1986.
‘You are not going to believe this story,’ Caitlin’s obstetrician Dr Brad Robinson wrote on his Facebook page.
‘Guess who else now has a birthday on 16 August? YEP. Lucy was born yesterday after SPONTANEOUS labour on the same day as her parents!’
The couple from Queensland were shocked. ‘My waters broke and I said, “No way”; I was in denial,’ says Caitlin.
Lucy was born at 6.45pm weighing a healthy 3.3 kg.
