100 g butter, chopped
200 g milk chocolate, chopped
¼ cup golden syrup
4 cups cornflakes
¾ cups sultanas, or other chopped, dried fruit
- Line 12 holes of a standard size muffin pan (⅓ cup capacity) with paper cases. Place butter, chocolate and golden syrup into a saucepan. Stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove and cool for 5 min.
- Add cornflakes to saucepan and stir gently until well coated. Add sultanas or other fruit and stir to combine. Spoon the mixture evenly between paper cases. Chill for 30 min or until set. Top with sprinkles if desired.
