Why Meghan won’t wear Victoria Beckham’s dresses

The duchess says so herself.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex regularly rub shoulders with their good friends, The Beckham’s, with the UK power couple even attending Harry and Meghan’s May 19 wedding.

David and Victoria even joined the royal couple on their Australian tour to celebrate the Invictus Games in Sydney, as well as the duke and duchess hiring their friends’ interior designer to complete their new home, Cotswolds Cottage

The couples are such good friends, many speculated that Victoria would design Meghan’s wedding gown earlier this year, a theory that wasn’t so far-fetched considering the newly minted royal wore a VB jumper for her official engagement photographs, as well as one of her official appearances.

However, we won’t be seeing Meghan rocking any VB dresses anytime soon.

In a past interview with Glamour, Meghan opened up about her personal style.

“Now what I’m starting to learn is, even though things look amazing on the hanger, it doesn’t mean they’re going to look amazing on me,” the duchess explained. “For example, I love Victoria Beckham dresses, but I don’t have the long torso to support that silhouette.”

We’re sure Posh isn’t opposed to custom designing a look for her friend though…
