A recall has been issued for a baby cot and toddler bed.
An update on the Product Safety Australia website says the Emall Pty Ltd — Wooden Baby Cot Crib Toddler Bed & Wooden Baby Cot Crib Toddler Cradle Bed do not comply with the Australian mandatory safety standard, AS/NZS 2172:2003.
“The cots fail various design, construction, performance and labelling requirements.
“The cots pose numerous potential risks to infants and children including entrapment, choking and fall hazards.”
Parents are advised to stop using the cot and contact the manufacturer for a refund and collection.
