Khloe Kardashian has hit a roadblock as she prepares to wed her NBA-hunk boyfriend Tristan Thompson.
Sources close to the reality star say the head-over-heels couple are fighting for the first time about how they should set up their pre-nuptial agreement when they marry.
“They are planning to tie the knot and move into a new home together… but money is proving to be a major issue,” an insider tells UK OK! magazine. “Khloe knows that Tristan only has a limited time pulling in a big salary from basketball, 10 more years tops, whereas she and her mum/manager [Kris Jenner] think she’ll make money until the day she dies.”
Tristan, who is reportedly letting his lawyers do the talking, argues that Khloe is “grossly overestimating her earning power”.
“They’ve toyed with a 10-year re-evaluation of the prenup but in the meantime, everyone is trying to predict the future,” says the source. “Khloe and Tristan are the only ones who can tell their legal pit bulls to back down.”
