Two audience members from the set of Studio 10 were hospitalised after an on-set incident.
According to Confidential, camera equipment fell during an ad break of a live studio recording, injuring two people.
Presenter Jessica Rowe was reportedly shaken by the incident and was seen holding the hand of one of the injured audience members in an attempt to comfort them.
“Obviously everyone was shocked, but the team moved quickly to ensure everyone was OK,” a source told Confidential.
“We are in constant contact with both audience members to ensure they make a full recovery and we are covering all associated costs.”
A Studio 10 rep said the audience members were taken to hospital via ambulance and were seen for “minor injuries”. They were released from hospital on the same day.
