There have been some strange scenes outside the home of Schapelle Corby’s mother.

Schapelle, 39, touched down in Brisbane this morning. Her return home comes 12 years after she was sentenced to 20 years in prison, where she served almost 10 years before being on parole for a further three years.

Men wearing masks have appeared from the south Brisbane home, in what can only be described as the family toying with waiting media.

Meanwhile, Corby’s aunt spoke to Channel Seven’s Sunrise and claims she has no idea where her niece is.

“I know as much as what you guys do,” she told the breakfast TV show.

Schapelle, accompanied by her sister Mercedes, arrived on a Malindo Air flight that landed at 5.09am.

The convicted drug smuggler had originally been scheduled to fly with Virgin, however after some 40 journalists booked themselves onto the flight, Corby’s security team made the decision to switch her on to the budget airline at the eleventh hour.
